For learning one needs a lot of motivation. And only by doing comes skills.

For me a photography motivation means lights and colors. Freediving is always a freedom and enjoyment. From these two elements comes pure joy of doing. That simple.


Underwater freediving photographer may need to know least the basics of the photography techniques, lights, aperture, shutter tricks and specally when and where to shoot.

Freediving is always a silent glide thru the waters. Effortless, without any extra heavy gears. Only the body and mind.


Big enough and sensitive image sensor, good lenses and good housing.
For me these valuable tools means Nikon D300s camera and BS Kinetcs underwater housing.
